We begin by fully dissembling the coder and then all of the hydraulics, umbilicals, pneumatics and the printhead are completely refurbished. From there we evaluate and change out all the electronic parts and detail the printer cabinet. At this point, we reassemble the coder. But we don’t stop there. To ensure that the coder is working perfectly, we calibrate it and then set the coder to print for a final testing. All coders are tested for 24 hours. Once all of this is complete, the machine is ready for shipment to the client. As stated previously, all refurbished coders include a six-month warranty.
