If you have an old coder that needs refurbishment, send it in to us, and our team will get to work, taking your printer through our comprehensive six-step refurbishment process.
For instance, if you have a Domino® printer, our very first step will be to completely disassemble your Domino® printer so that we can evaluate each and every part of the coder. The second step is a big one, and our technicians spend time fully refurbishing your printhead, the umbilicals, hydraulics and the pneumatics.
Once this second step is complete, it’s time for the technicians to evaluate all of the electronic parts of your Domino® printer and make any necessary change-outs. From there, the printer cabinet is fully detailed and the team reassembles your Domino® printer. One important note: All of our refurbished coding equipment includes a six-month warranty.
The fifth step includes both the calibration of your Domino printer and 24 hours of testing to ensure that everything is working perfectly. Our final step is to ensure that the machine is completely clean and then ship it back home to the customer. Of course, if you don’t have coder, we also sell a variety of refurbished coding equipment. Currently in stock, we have refurbishing coding equipment from brands such as Videojet®, Domino®, Willett®, Imaje® and Linx®.
