Videojet® is one of the top manufacturers of coding equipment, and while their state-of-the-art equipment, parts, Videojet® fluids and inks are high quality, they do come with a fairly high price tag. For those who have a Videojet® coder or wish to purchase one, we have a few helpful cost-saving options to consider.
If you don’t have a Videojet® printer or coder but wish to own one, we have several options here at PrintJet. We have quite a few refurbished Videojet printers, including the Videojet® XL 2000, the Videojet® XL 170i, the Videojet® 37e+, the Videojet® 273se and the Videojet® 1310. These Videojet® can be purchased with or without an additional accessory package, and all of the coding equipment has gone through our comprehensive six-step refurbishment process.
Our Videojet® refurbishment process begins as our team of experts disassembles the entire printer. From there, we head on to step two, where we fully refurbish all of the hydraulics, pneumatics, the printhead and the umbilicals. During step three, our team evaluates and changes all the electronic parts of the coder. During step four, the Videojet® printer is reassembled, and during step five, we calibrate the printer and do our final testing. This testing process lasts for 24 hours, and once we are certain that the printer is running in “like new” condition, it’s time for the final step, as we prepare it for shipping to our customer.
If you already have a Videojet® printer, we have many services that you might need. For instance, you probably often need Videojet® fluids and inks. We offer carefully formulated, generic versions of Videojet® fluids and Videojet inks. Both the inks and the Videojet fluids are far less expensive than Videojet fluids and inks you would purchase directly from the manufacturer.
We formulate hundreds of different inks and fluids for Videojet® as well as other coder brands, including Domino®, Imaje®, Maxima® and many more. We have Videojet fluids and ink for continuous inkjet coders, as well as Videojet® fluids and inks for drop-on-demand coders.
If you would like to learn more about our Videojet® fluids and Videojet® inks, feel free to download our Cost-Savings Analysis Guide. This provides a detailed analysis of our prices versus the price you would pay for the same ink and Videojet® fluids if you bought them directly from the manufacturer. According to our estimates, based upon average use, we may be able to save you more than $2,800 per year if you purchase our quality, generic versions of Videojet® ink and Videojet® fluids.
However, that isn’t the only way we can save you money. We also stock thousands of replacement parts for virtually every brand of coder and printer, including Videojet® coders, Domino® coders and Imaje® coders. In addition, we also carry Videojet® replacement filters.
No matter what you need for your coding and industrial ID printing, we have it and usually at far less than OEM pricing. If you have any questions about our Videojet® coders, Videojet® inks, Videojet® fluids or spare parts, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send an email to salesinfo@printjet.net.
