Videojet® Coders
If you have an old Videojet® coder, we can bring it back to life or you can purchase a used model that already has undergone refurbishment. Each piece of refurbished Videojet® equipment has been brought back to “like new” condition by our PrintJet technicians. We charge just $2,500 for this refurbishment and it comes with a six-month warranty on parts and labor.
Our refurbishment process is a six-step process that includes fully disassembling the printer followed by the refurbishment of the pneumatics, the hydraulics, the printhead and the umbilicals. The next step involves evaluating and changing all the electronic parts of the Videojet® equipment. Once the Videojet® equipment has been detailed meticulously, we reassemble the coder and calibrate and test the system for 24 hours.

Videojet Repairs
Of course, sometimes your Videojet® equipment doesn’t need a total refurbishment. When you need specific repair services, we can help with this as well. Time is money so our technicians work quickly to ensure that your downtime is minimized. We can repair control boards or power supplies, rebuild or repair umbilicals and printheads or repair and exchange nozzles for any model of Videojet® equipment.
You can either ship your Videojet® equipment straight to the technicians at PrintJet or have us come to your site. Sending the Videojet® equipment directly to us can save you as much as 50% off the cost of labor, but we are happy to come directly to your business and complete the repairs there as well.
Videojet® Parts
Every coder will need a replacement part now and again, and if you have Videojet® equipment, then we have all the spare parts you might need.
