If you have a Domino® coder, then ink and make-up fluids are products that you continuously need to buy. However, you don’t have to pay original manufacturer prices for your Domino® inks and fluids. At PrintJet, we have everything a Domino coder owner might need and at exceptionally low prices.
At our on-site lab, our team of ink experts formulates alternative inks for all types of coders; this includes all types of Domino® coders, as well as Videojet® coders, Willett® coders, Imaje®, Maxima® and more. No matter what type of ink that you might need, we are sure to have an alternative, generic version on hand. This includes inks and make-up for continuous inkjet coders as well as drop-on-demand coders. We also formulate high resolution and thermal jet inks.
While our ink is a “generic” version of the manufacturer’s inks, our quality is just as high if not better than OEM inks. Each ink is formulated with a four-stage filtration process. This ensures that you won’t have to deal with the sediment, sludge or residue that can clog up your printhead and lead to unnecessary downtown.
If you need a special ink application, we can accommodate that, as well. This includes providing you with high-quality, low-cost high temperature inks, as well as alcohol-resistant inks, UV curable inks, UV readable inks, thermochromic inks, washable inks and even non-transfer inks for wire or cable printing. From time to time, you might also need a replacement part for your Domino® coder. While ink is at the heart of our business, we also stock more than 10,000 replacement parts for all types of coding equipment. This includes providing you with low-cost parts and replacement filters for Domino® coders as well Citronix®, Videojet®, Imaje®, Maxima®, Linx® and Willett® coders.
Of course, if you need a Domino® coder, we have those in stock, too. Our selection of refurbished coders includes Domino® a100 printers, A200 and A200 Opaque printers, A300 and A300+ printers and A400 printers.
Before we sell a used Domino® coder, our team will completely refurbish the coder from top to bottom. Our six-step refurbishment process includes completely disassembling each coder and refurbishing the pneumatics, umbilicals, hydraulics and the printhead. We also evaluate and change all of the coder’s electronic parts. After that, we detail the printer cabinet and reassemble the coder.
In order to ensure that everything is functioning in “like new” condition, we calibrate each coder and then test the system for a full 24-hour period. Each refurbished Domino® coder includes a six-month warranty. If you need us to refurbish a coder, we can do that as well, and we also can rent you coding equipment to help keep your operation up and running as we refurbish your coder. Reducing your downtime and operating costs are always our main goals.
