Industrial coding equipment is an essential tool for many different businesses, including companies within the food and beverage industries, the electronics industry and many retail companies. While coders, such as a Willett® printer or Domino® printer, are essential, they can be costly to maintain.
At PrintJet, our goal is to make coding and marking as affordable as possible. We sell used and refurbished coding equipment, such as Domino® printers, a Maxima® coder or perhaps a Willett® printer. These can be far less expensive than purchasing a new coder, and if refurbished properly can run just like new. Our technicians refurbish all used coders using a comprehensive six-step refurbishment process.
Your Willett® printer, Linx® printer, Videojet® printer or whatever brand you have, will need plenty of ink as well as makeup and cleaner. We have an on-site lab where we produce low-cost alternative inks, makeup and cleaners for all brands and models of id coding equipment. This includes high-resolution industrial printers, continuous inkjet printers and drop-on-demand coders.
While generic replacement inks can save you some serious money, not all replacement inks are created equally. Each of our inks is formulated using a four-stage filtration process and our goal is to provide dark black or vibrant color inks with optimum drying times. No matter what type of coder you have, we can formulate inks and fluids that work with your specific coder or id printer.
With a Willett® printer, not only will you need replacement inks and fluids, occasionally you will need a replacement part. We sell replacement parts and filters for all brands of coders, including a Willett® printer, Videojet® printer, Domino® printer and many other manufacturers.
If you need repair services for a Willett® printer, we have two different options for you to consider. You can send the printer in to us and have our technicians repair the coder or you can have a technician come out and provide repair services. Our techs can repair a control board or power supply, repair or rebuild umbilicals and printheads, repair or exchange nozzles and much more. If you send in your Willett® printer, you can save as much as 50% off the labor costs.
